Sleep and Weight Loss

I got thinking about sleep and weight loss as my cat was trying to shuffle me out of bed at 4:00 a.m. this morning. Does lack of sleep affect a person's weight loss goals? Well evidently the answer is yes.

Experts say when you don't get enough rest it throws off your hormones and then your body is not able to metabolize what you eat as well.  There are many reasons why people may not sleep well, sugar, caffeine, stress, night sweats, pain, and the list goes on.
A healthy diet and exercise can greatly help you to sleep longer and with less interruptions.
